The buyer accepts full responsibility for this kitten in providing properly for its welfare.

The buyer agrees that the kitten will receive prompt medical care if necessary.  The buyer agrees to provide companionship for the kitten, never leaving it alone for extended periods of time without human attention, or caging the kitten for more than 12 hours per day.  The buyer agrees never to allow the kitten to roam free outdoors unattended.

The kitten is being sold as a pet and not for breeding purposes.  The buyer agrees to have the kitten spayed or neutered before breeding age.  Or at the age their veterinary suggests.   If the breeder should ever find out that this cat has been used for breeding purposes the buyer understands that we will immediately take legal action.

The buyer agrees to not dewclaw the cat, understanding that declawing is a cruelty and likely to alter the kitten’ temperament.  Providing scratching posts and keeping the claws clipped will prevent clawing in almost all cases.  The seller warrants that the kitten is from a clean cattery free of diseases and all vaccinations are up to date.  The seller warrants that this kitten is genetically sound to the best of the seller’s knowledge.  The seller will replace the kitten if it should die of a genetic defect on or before the lst birthday, providing that Parti Wai Persians is still breeding.  Such a defect would have to be in evidence in a veterinary autopsy report provided to the seller from the buyer.  The buyer has 3 days to return the kitten for a replacement.  Refunds will not be given, just a replacement kitten.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Seller stands behind the health of its cats and expects buyer to pamper, love and cherish said kitten and agrees to keep seller informed of kitten’s welfare and progress.  It is recommended that the buyer take the kitten to a veterinarian for a health check within 48 hours of delivery.
