Terms of the Sale:     Buyer agrees to be bound by the following conditions of sale and accepts the terms herein:

1.   The kitten/cat will never be permitted to roam outdoors unless accompanied by the owner.

2.   Any kitten/cat found to be mistreated or in ill health will be surrendered by Buyer to

      the Seller immediately. 

3.   Buyer agrees to have annual vet checks and shots current.  A Statement of good health 
      will be provided at the time of shipment.  This kitten/cat has been vaccinated, the shot record is at the end of the contract.

4.   The Buyer agrees that this kitten/cat is to be used for their own breeding program and can not be resold, given away or leased as a whole cat to anyone else with out the breeder’s permission.  Male cats can not be used at public stud with out the breeder’s permission.  If the cat is no longer needed for the breeding purposes,  he must be offered back to the breeder as a whole cat.   Female cats can only be leased with the breeder’s permission.  Initials                 

5.   Any kittens that are sired by this cat cannot be sold, leased, traded or given to anyone
      living in CFA Region 2 and CFA Region 5.   (That is Washington State, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Western Canada, Utah,  Nevada, California and Arizona).  The exception is pets that are altered before they are transferred.   Failure to comply with this will constitute immediate surrender of the cat/kitten.   Any kittens/cats produced from this cat can not be sold in Pet Shops.

6.      If for any reason the Buyer fails in health or his/her demise and the cat can no longer be taken care of by him/her, it may be kept by an immediate family member with the understanding that the terms and conditions of this contract be maintained.  If this is not possible the family member must contact the breeder and the cat returned.  Under no circumstances can the cat be sold to another breeder without the permission of  Parti Wai Persians.

7.  Failure to comply the above would require the buyer to immediately forfeit the cat back to the breeder.

Health Guarantee

This kitten/cat is guaranteed against death due to congenital defect or deformity for one (1) year from the date of sale.  Replacement of kitten/cat with one of equal quality only, and only with a Veterinarian Certificate stating the cause of death.  No cash refund will be given. In addition, the Buyer must take the kitten/cat to his/her veterinarian within a 72 hour period after receiving it, the costs of same are the responsibility of the Buyer.

For breeders or better quality cats which have not conceived or produced before their third (3rd) birthday (and for which there has been no evidence of drug abuse on the cat by the Buyer), and for females breedings have been attempted with at least 2 different mates, a cat of equal quality will be replaced at the Breeder’s discretion.  (A letter from the purchaser's veterinarian stating sterility and suspected cause must be furnished.)  When a cat is replaced for lack of breeding, that cat must come back to the breeder as a whole cat before the replacement is sent. 

The seller’s cattery is leukemia free which means that all original cattery cats as well as those brought in have tested negative for leukemia virus. Once the kitten/cat leaves this cattery, no guarantee is stated or implied that the kitten/cat will never contract feline leukemia, and the purchaser should take steps to ensure that the kitten/cat will never come in contact with the disease.
